Last house on the right .From M40 London Leave motorway at junction 11 take the A422 after 14 miles then turn left on to the A429 and after crossing the A3400 take the second right turn to Blackwell.From M40 Birmingham Leave motorway at junction 15 take the A429 towards Stow on the Wold and after crossing the A3400 take the second right to Blackwell.From A429 South Seven miles after leaving Moreton in Marsh turn left to Blackwell.When you get into the village of Blackwell take the road signposted towards Ilmington and look for a large stone barn with a thatched roof on the side of the road and the entrance is just beyond the barn.
